Built and scaled Concentrix's first unified design system across a new 500-person Global Product Organization — Figma to Storybook to React — driving adoption through hands-on evangelism with 20 product teams. The Generative AI tooling (an AI-enabled PDLC tool and GILEs, a developer co-pilot) became the proving ground for applying the system and shaping the products built on it.

Creative life

Art, nature,
and the in-between

Creativity has always been how I process the world. I paint abstract and landscape pieces to understand my internal world — turning confusion into beauty. I'm currently renovating a 1929 Craftsman cottage outside Snoqualmie, and I spend as much time as possible in the Cascades.

Growing up in rural Iowa taught me that the natural world is the most honest teacher there is. Those lessons still show up in how I lead, design, and build.
