Who I am
My career has spanned some of the most data-heavy product challenges out there: geospatial rail asset tracking across 32,000 miles for Union Pacific, an IT asset management platform that reduced outage response times, and AI-powered developer tooling and a generative AI product development solution.
From 2022–2024, I led the build and launch of ESNTL Wellness — a holistic enterprise wellbeing platform built in collaboration with Apple. I grew from Product Design Lead to Product Director, shipped the platform, and scaled it across four countries to 2,500 users. The program's success came down to trust: with Apple partners, with executives, and with the cross-functional team I built and led.
What I bring isn't just design craft — it's the range to lead across product and design, end to end: holding the vision, building the team around it, and driving it across the finish line in high-ambiguity environments. I've done it as both a Product Director and a Director of Product Design.
Increasingly, AI is my multiplier. I use modern AI tools to move from strategy to design to working software faster and with a leaner team — most recently taking Novale from idea to a live, AI-built prototype: design system, user flows, and a functioning demo.
People-first leadership — growing individuals is my favourite work of all.
