Flexe delivers technology-powered, omnichannel logistics programs. The world’s largest retailers and brands use Flexe to move fast—at scale—and with precision. Think Uber for warehouse space and the movement of goods.

My biggest contributions while at Flexe were:

• Creation of their first personas for the Shipper customer

• Product management timeline broken down by milestones for the shipper platform and omnichannel orders initiative

• Utilizing user research and persona work to build new design vision for the shipper platform, the part of the Flexe product offering that had been previously neglected
