Collaboration is the key Ingredient
Who am I?
I take the ordinary and turn it into extraordinary. Be that people, products, or a canvas. As a student of the natural world I observed how collaboration is the key ingredient to all success. I love to watch things grow!
Growing people is my favorite. When people are working in a way that fills their cup true innovation takes shape and the outcomes are superior and delightful to all. Those at work are happy, growing, and full-filled. End-users are satisfied as their voice was heard and accounted for. Business metrics are hit due to accurate prioritization and understanding of business needs.

I began my career in the outdoor industry following my passion for spending time in nature. Next I took a step into UX Design as this was the perfect career for me. The blend of psychology, business and creativity utilized all of my natural and crafted skills. I've now been in product leadership where I get to use my creativity to power human growth! I have led product and design folks to achieve personal and professional milestones. Looking forward to whats ahead!

Art has always been part of my life. As a child that took form in many different visual arts: carpentry, paint, and collage making. I was also deeply rooted in the theater community of my hometown in Iowa. Learning to conquer stage freight at age 7 has helped my course into corporate America. Now, I have been spending my creative free time renovating a 1929 craftsman cottage outside in Snoqualmie (30 mins east of Seattle) and painting abstract and landscape pieces to understand my internal world and turn pain and confusion into beauty. I love to create and gift my work to loved ones.

Growing up in rural Iowa I felt at peace in the trees and looking out onto the plains. When I started to travel west I fell absolutely in love with the rugged landscapes, comforting campsites, and the sense of freedom I felt that was so new and precious. Now, I have designed my life around spending time in these humbling spaces. My home is in the cascade mountains of Washington. These landscapes never cease to inspire me, to humble me, and to put me at peace. Nature is the perfect partner to staying grounded in our technology infused world.
